Brian says the data a brand gathers from a customer "has been what's influenced us the most," because a brand like L'Oréal might run a promotion with "no idea who's seen the promotion and what the customer demographic is." Litecard's platform lets customers click a promotion, fill out details and get an offer, which helps the brand understand buying habits. On their own product, "Our whole like customer onboarding journey is like" AI-driven — "if you're a partner, you sign up with LiteCard... any question you would ever have. The AI will be able to answer it." He also wants AI to speed up building a brand experience, asking "what if it took 30s in one click instead of like 20 clicks."
