Two years, across four different launch dates. SipHRD's original date was end of last year, then slipped to 2023, March 2024, October 2024, and finally August — mostly because "we didn't want to release a product that we weren't happy with."

The launch slipped repeatedly. They had "four different launch dates," with the original "meant to be end of last year." They pushed "2 3 months" then "another 2 months" because of "delays here and there." The dates Phung names: "one in 2023," then "March 2024," then "another date in October 2024," "and now we're in the August." The core reason was the recipe: they "probably had 15 maybe trial ones with the litechi flavor alone" because it was "either too sweet or was either too florally" or had a "bitter aftertaste." After finalising it, they changed the ingredient to "100% ly juice" to fit their branding, but "didn't test it until it was too late," which "pushed us back another I think another 3 months."
